is connecting interested minority candidates for faculty employment directly to academic institutions. Since the program's
announcement in December 2007, MFAD has become one of the most cost-effective avenues in locating and recruiting qualified
minority faculty, staff, and administrative candidates.

How do I advertise in MFAD?
If an academic institution is interested in submitting faculty employment
opportunities to MFAD, please follow the steps below.
Procedural Steps:
Step 1: E-mail us at info@theacademicnetwork.org , or complete the form below, in selecting a 6-month or 1-year term of membership
advertisement.
(payment due before posting can be distributed)
Step 3: A confirmation e-mail is sent to the academic institution
Step 4: “Employment
Postings” are distributed to MFAD and other minority professional contacts (including Historically Black
Colleges and Universities (HBCU), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), Community Colleges and Tribal Colleges)
Step 5: Payment
receipt is sent to the academic institution
