What is MFAD?

MFAD's primary goal is connecting interested minority candidates for faculty employment directly to academic institutions. Since the program's announcement in December 2007, MFAD has become one of the most cost-effective avenues in locating and recruiting qualified minority faculty, staff, and administrative candidates.

What is the cost for advertising in MFAD?*

$500 - 3 months of unlimited academic employment postings

$700 – 6 months of unlimited academic employment postings

$1,200 – 1 year of unlimited academic employment postings

$2,400 - 2 years of unlimited academic employment postings

    How do I advertise in MFAD?

    If an academic institution is interested in submitting faculty employment opportunities to MFAD, please follow the steps below.

    Procedural Steps:

    Step 1: E-mail us at info@theacademicnetwork.org , or complete the form below, in selecting a 15-day, 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 1-year or 2-year term of membership advertisement.

    Step 2: Submit faculty employment position by e-mail to info@theacademicnetwork.org in Word format 
    (payment due before posting can be distributed)

    Step 3: A confirmation e-mail is sent to the academic institution

    Step 4: “Faculty Employment Posting” is distributed to MFAD and other minority professional contacts (including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), Community Colleges and Tribal Colleges

    Step 5: Payment receipt is sent to the academic institution
