-Creating faculty "Feeder" programs with HBCUs, HSIs and Tribal Colleges
-Implementing relationships with minority professional and academic associations
-Writing grants for minority initiatives
-Creating effective recruitment publications
-Using technology to "streamline" the application-selection process
-Establishing retention techniques through spring recruitment
-Break-out sessions for more intense discussions
